JOAILLERIE L’AMULETTE certifies that all pearls are genuine and of superior quality.

The present guarantee furthermore that the jewel described is in sterling silver and that all the jewels have been carefully crafted by the jeweler and Quebec experts.

JOAILLERIE L’AMULETTE undertakes to repair the breakage and replace any pearls lost as a result of a manufacturing defect or a malformation.

This certificate certifies that the quality of the jewel is stamped in accordance with the laws and regulations enacted by the Government of Canada.

Payment methods

Payments are made by credit card via Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to buy on our site.

Price

The price is expressed in Canadian dollars excluding applicable tax. The price indicated on the cards of the products does not include the transport costs which are calculated according to the destination and will be added at the time of placing the order.

Return policy

Loss or theft of the package

In case of loss or theft of the package as a result of a problem with the carrier, it is imperative to report to JOAILLERIE L’AMULETTE within a reasonable time. Delivery policies

Shipping cost
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment and will be added to the price of your purchases before the final confirmation of your order.
Delivery delay

In-stock items are sent via Canada Post within 48hrs of your order. You should then receive your goods within 3-4 business days.

Items whose availability is not immediate must be produced by our jeweler. It must therefore provide a period of 2 to 4 weeks for their implementation. They will be sent via Canada Post within 24 hours of their design. You should then receive your goods within 2 to 3 business days.

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our premises.

In the event of exceptional events delaying or prohibiting the delivery of your order by the carrier, the company JOAILLERIE L’AMULETTE is in no way responsible for non-compliance with the delivery times announced by it. Also, no compensation or refund can be asked to JOAILLERIE AMULETTE in case of delay due to the sole failure of the carrier.

In-store recovery

It is possible to recover your orders at the shop Indigenes on the opening hours of it at: 40 rue du quai, La Malbaie.

Order cancellation

Delivery outside Canada

JOAILLERIE L’AMULETTE can ship your order outside of Canada. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the beginning of your order.

For the United States: allow approximately 4 to 8 days for delivery depending on the region.

For all other destinations: allow 6 to 10 weeks for delivery by regular service (surface) or 4 to 15 days for XpressPost service. Please note that a confirmation email will be sent to you when “Amulet Jewelry” will ship your package.

Duty
